This policy outlines our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
Our Business
C&S Motor Group is a leading vehicle recovery specialist operating across London and the South East. We provide commercial and light vehicle recovery services, training through our Academy, and work with a network of agents and suppliers.
Our Policies
We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our policies reflect our commitment to:
- Acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings
- Ensuring transparency within our organisation and with suppliers
- Implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Due Diligence
As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we:
- Evaluate potential suppliers before entering into contracts
- Review our existing suppliers on a periodic basis
- Require all suppliers to confirm their compliance with anti-slavery legislation
- Take action against any supplier found to be in breach
Our Employees
We ensure all employees:
- Are legally entitled to work in the UK
- Are paid at least the National Living Wage
- Have written terms and conditions of employment
- Work in safe and hygienic conditions
- Are free to leave their employment on reasonable notice
Training
We provide training to staff to ensure they understand the signs of modern slavery and what to do if they suspect it is taking place within our supply chain or in our business.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage all employees, suppliers, and partners to report any concerns about slavery or human trafficking. Concerns can be reported to our management team or through our confidential reporting procedures.
